I just got back from this super intense year in my life. I’ve found my in between times mostly filled with “trying to relax” – funnily enough, we had an entire 2 week project about people looking for “self time” and “relaxation” in the ceaseless scroll of their phones. After learning all about it, I am just one of the victims of human behaviour. I’m taking this time as my own, as the extension, a time for me to make sure I don’t get swept away by the rhythm and requirements of life. A time to find avenues for expression that reflect my intentions a little more. So I want to be mindful of my in-between moments, I want my “time snacks” to be meaningful.
